Blue Road Academy

Amsterdam-based Blue Road Academy (formerly RefugeeForce) is a global movement for newcomers to launch their careers in the tech ecosystem. The goal is to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the public on the experience and skills that newcomers bring with them to build new lives in their host country.

Their award-winning training program includes classroom based technical training sessions covering over a period of 2 months.In addition to the technical training, we also provide soft skills sessions and job coaching. All participants are paired 1-on-1 with Mentor to help them plan their career path into the ecosystem and focus on professional development. After the program, we work to create successful employment opportunities with our network of partners, customers, and employers.
